Meditation Session (via Zoom)

Service Description

One-hour of personalized meditation instruction and guidance to address and support each client's goals for optimum health and wellness. Session will be via Zoom and option available to record session to provide client access to instruction for personal use.

Cancellation Policy

Upon booking, clients will be required to pay for the service but can cancel/reschedule within 2 hours of the appointment time. Rescheduling is based on first available.
