45-minute basic breathwork session followed by a healthy catered lunch
Mind-body balance starts with how we nourish our minds and bodies. In this session, we will do both. Lisa will lead a breathwork session to relax the mind and body and Chef Guna will offer the nourishment with a delicious catered lunch.

MANAGING STRESS THROUGH BREATHWORK
Stress is natural, expected, and familiar. What isn't as familiar or natural is the art of de-stressing. Through simple practices utilizing breath and focus led by Lisa, the physical body can release stress allowing the mind to relax. Sessions can be done with any number of participants in-person at corporate office or remote.
